Data Sync
During signup, credentials to your shop's POS system were entered and your initial data sync took place.
However, the app is not in direct communications with your shop's data.
The last sync date and time will be displayed on at the bottom of the Settings page.
Reporting dates / ranges since the Last sync will not be represented in the dashboard.
To get the latest, most up-to-date data, you will need to syncronize the app.
Press SYNC NOW to syncronize the app.
Lost or changed credentials
If you need to re-enter your shop's POS system credentials, you can do so under Access Details on the Settings page.
